I like these, but they are not cheap. Easy to use though, and the results are quite good.

Practical, but not as strong as the dentist treatment for sure. I used the pro effects version which is the strongest I think.

My mate got me these from the states as I couldn’t find these in the UK. The results were ok, but nothing impressive.
